Chef/Kitchen Assistant (full-time)
We are looking for a chef/kitchen assistant to join our team! As a chef/kitchen assistant, you will be an essential part of our kitchen operation, supporting our chefs and ensuring that all aspects of the kitchen run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with food preparation and cooking under the supervision of our chefs
- Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen surfaces, equipment, and utensils
- Washing and chopping vegetables, fruits, and herbs
- Stocking and rotating ingredients and supplies
- Assisting with dishwashing and kitchen cleanup
Requirements:
- Some prior experience working in a kitchen or food service environment is required
- Ability to work efficiently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs

Waiter/Waitress (full-time)
We are seeking friendly and professional front-of-house staff to join our team! As a member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Taking orders and serving food and beverages
- Answering questions about menu items and restaurant policies
- Maintaining a clean and tidy dining area
- Handling payments and making changes accurately
- Assisting with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down tables, chairs, and other equipment
Requirements:
- Prior experience working in a restaurant or customer service environment is preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
